After a period of improvement and testing, the Fisic Medimate can now measure different parameters at the same time. The lithium, creatinine content and kidney function are measured from a single drop of finger prick blood. The quality of the finger prick blood drop is also measured and indicates whether the blood drop has been applied undamaged. In addition to these parameters, the potassium content can also be measured in plasma and venous whole blood.
In urine the sodium, potassium and creatinine content can be measured from one drop as well. Magnesium is also measured, but is not validated.
